Prime Islami Securities Limited (PISL) is a registered TREC Holder (DSE TREC No. 104 & CSE TREC No. 145) of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) . PISL was incorporated as a public limited company in June 2010 with an authorized and paid-up capital of BDT One Hundred Crore. PISL is a subsidiary of Prime Islami Life Insurance Limited.
